Your body is tired before your mind admits it

You're the one everyone turns to. The healer, the creative, the caregiver who holds space for others all day long

But when was the last time someone held space for YOU?

If you feel tired, disconnected from yourself, and depleted... if you haven't felt truly good in a long time... this gentle practice is for you

Join me for a free 60-minute session of rest, release and allowing.

No rigid routines. No overwhelming techniques. Just permission to pause and let your nervous system finally exhale

What You'll Experience:

• Gentle Body awareness- reconnecting with the wisdom your body holds

• Nervous system regulation- practices that work with your natural rhythms

• Permission to rest- without guilt, without earning it, without apology

• Tension Release- letting go of what you've been carrying

• Sacred pause- 60 minutes that are completely yours

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

• You feel tired, disconnected, and depleted from giving so much to others

• You're a caregiver, healer, creative, or service-based woman running on empty

• You haven't felt truly good in a long time and don't know where to start

• You need permission to rest without shame or guilt

• You want gentle practices that honor where you are at right now

• You're ready to receive instead of always giving

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Lilian.

I know what it's like to be emotionally intelligent enough to see the problem but too exhausted to know where to start. To feel guilty every time you try to slow down. To have your body tired before your mind catches up.

I spent years pouring into others while my own nervous system was screaming for help. I learned that we don't need more willpower- we need more nervous system repair.

Now I help women like you discover that cyclical living isn't lazy. It's life-saving.

This practice comes from my own journey of learning that structure can feel safe instead of rigid. That rest isn't selfish. That your body's wisdom is worth listening to.
